The following insurance companies are accepted at Burcham Eyecare Center. This list is not comprehensive as several other companies not listed are also accepted. Regardless of your carrier, we recommend you call the customer service number on your insurance card to verify your benefits and to determine if our practice is in your network. Benefits vary greatly from plan to plan and not all plans cover routine eye exams and contact lenses.

If we are contracted with your insurance carrier we will be happy to file your claim. You will be responsible for your co-payment the day of the visit. Any deductable balance or unpaid billable portion of your claim will come to you by statement. Our billing is aged from date of service so it is possible to receive a balance that will show 90 days due, yet you just received your statement following your insurance plan payment.
